Shipping is £1.99 (about $3 US Dollars, about €2.40 Euros) per item ANYWHERE in the world.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class for UK and Royal Mail Airmail for International.

UK: 1-2 Days
Europe: Within 3 working days
Worldwide: Within 5 working days

Is tracking available?
No, as you can understand, our shipping costs are so low that we would be operating at a loss if we paid for tracking. If you would prefer tracking however, please contact us before placing your order and we'll arrange tracking at your expense (UK Tracking costs £2.50 International Tracking costs £6.50).

What do they get sent out in?
We don't put our faith in bubble envelopes/jiffy bags with todays postal services, so we use only the finest boxes from Tramiki Supplies, and as yet, we've not had a single damaged item received by our customers in UK OR Overseas!

Returns

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item, or it has been damaged in the post please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

For damages we usually just require an image of the item damaged emailed to us at info@dynomoto.co.uk. This cuts out a lot of expense and time wasted sending the faulty item back and despatching the new item.
